This week has just been PHENOMENAL!!!

Maximum Exposure

If every week could be like this week, I'd be the happiest man ALIVE!!

A little taste of what's been happening...

Hey, everyone.

Lots going on these days.

So, how was the show you ask?

FAN-FREAKIN-TASTIC!!!!

Another in a string of our shows served up hard and heavy.

We had a really good turn out.  The crowd was tremendous and we fed off of all the love they were giving us. You could feel it in the room.  Between the Audience and the Band, the energy in that place could have lit up a a City Block!!!  So a BIG SHOUT OUT to everyone that made it out (and for those of you who didn't, MAN you missed a good one!!!)

Couple things to note:

Big show at molly's tonite!!!

Tonite we celebrate the release of Sometimes Things Just Happen!!!

Got the usual pre show jitters.  Hope we have a good turn out.  It's tough to get people out during the week.  We have a great show worked out and I hope everyone will be there to see it!!  Mikul will be taking pictures and I'll put them up in a new Gallery on the Photos Page as soon as I get them.

a Brand New Year

Hard to believe 2009 is gone.

But with it's ending we have a new beginning.

- We have Promos finished and just about ready to be sent out.  They look great and (fingers crossed) should impress any jaded industry person who receives them.  Brian did some tremendous work on making the enhanced portion of the disk not only work properly but look fantastic!!

Steve and Michele's on 12/17/09

Steve and Michele were nice enough to open up their home and host an intimate gathering to celebrate the Holidays as well as Brian's Birthday.

It was a lot of fun.  Sometimes we get so caught up with working on the band and our music that it was a real pleasure just hanging out with each other in a casual setting cranking tunes and enjoying good food and drink.  And the best part of all was when we all gathered around the fire outside on the deck singing songs while we each jammed on an acoustic guitar.

Tonite's Rehearsal 12/16/09

After taking a week or so off, we started rehearsing tonite for our upcoming show at Molly Malones on January 7th.

And if tonite was any indication, It's going to be slamming!!  Even though our music isn't the easiest to play, the band is so tight that we're really at the point where we can just have fun playing together.  And if we're having fun, the audience is having fun.

Sometimes Things Just Happen... really!!

So we're releasing our latest CD Sometimes Things Just Happen on January 7th and I wanted to share a little bit about the process of making the CD.

As I said in my previous Blog, the music for all of the songs on the CD was already recorded.  That's not exactly true.  When they joined the band, Brian and Steve did re-record their tracks to what was already done (more on this process in my next Blog), but they also contributed 4 important songs to the CD.

Looking ahead to our next CD

So I know that we're just about to release Sometimes Things Just Happen (our 1st CD with Brian and Steve) at Molly Malones on January 7th and promoting it to the WORLD is our primary focus, but we've recently finished recording basic tracks for our next CD entitled Lost in the "Everyday" and I've begun the arduous task of editing the individual tracks to each son.  It's a huge undertaking, but one I'm really looking forward to digging in and working on it.

Photos uploaded!!!

Well, this took HOURS!!  But they're done and the Website is on its way to being completed.  Yay!!
